This organization prepares for competition with other schools.   A team of 7 to 8 students prepares the defense and prosecution of a given case; the students take the roles of witnesses and attorneys.   Regional competition is usually in February; state competition (based on scores in regional competition) is usually held in March.  Doug Kennedy and Paula Abbott are advisors for Mock Trial, along with two attorneys.
