9 members present

  • Decision made to move meetings to Wednesdays
  • T-Shirt design discussed, final decision next week
  • Volunteers needed after school to deliver bins to new classrooms upstairs - approx. 20 min.
  • Field Trip plans discussed, Mr. Murphy must turn in requests to Mr. Fisher by Friday, Sept. 15
  • Feed the Bin rep tentatively planned for next Wednesdays meeting

Officers Meeting

-starting attendance on the computer
-Meeting are going to be held on Thursdays
-each officer needs to come up with a list of rules that will be combined and enforced in the Environmental club.
-Courtney is working on T-shirts with Capital Promotions. will vote on t-shirt design next meeting
-Skit for RECYCLE
*funny and short
*3 to 4 minutes
*showing things not to put in bin
*showing why they are doing this ( stats )
*make sure they are outside of door after first
*Teacher puts a student in charge of bin who then deals with it the whole class year
-Talk to Recycling lady and Feed the Bin person to come speak to our club.
-Campus Improvement- clubs all get together and it will be a requirement for the club memebers on Saturday morning.
-Envirothon- talk about that next week.
-Check on adopt-a-highway
-First trip will be the the museum on 21st of October .
 
 
That is  all next meeting will be next Thursday !
