In conjuntion with the huge renovation to our school, the PTSA had brick seating walls and the "wildcat walkway" installed at the front of the school. The walkway has become a popular way to support hte PTSA and buy some Wildcat Pride that you can leave for years to come at MHS. You may purchase a personalized, engraved brick to honor or memorialize a family member, your entire family, a special coach or teacher, or share a brick with a classmate. The Millbrook PTSA has several means of raising money to fund our programs. A substantial portion is raised through our membership drive (see How to Join). We also have several types of “no fuss“ fundraising opportunities through partnership with local businesses including Harris Teeter, Target, and Office Depot.   Please see below for “no fuss" fundraising details.

NO FUSS FUND-RAISERS…EVERY PENNY CAN REALLY ADD UP!!!  

Target
If you have a Target Guest Card or Visa and designate Millbrook High School to be the recipient, Target will donate 1% of your purchases at Target and Target.com and ½% of purchases made elsewhere with your Target Visa to our school. To date, we currently have 143 Target Visa and Target Card Holders who have designated Millbrook High School as their recipient which has resulted in a total of $13,980.00 in donations!  Just from September 2007 -August 2008 alone we received $2401.00!  (MHS ID# 81085)
If you already have a Target Visa or Target Guest Card, please go on-line at Target.com and designate Millbrook to receive this money.  Please keep this great fund-raiser in mind when considering which credit card you use.
Harris Teeter
Link your VIC Card to Millbrook and we’ll receive money based on your purchases! This has been a very generous and profitable program for Millbrook over the years, so we encourage you to take advantage of it.  It’s a great way to earn money for schools on money that you’re already spending anyway.
To link your card, just tell the cashier one time during the year between August and May.  You can also link on-line at Harris Teeter.com.  Click on the “Community” tab and then look for “Together in Education.”  It’s quick and easy. Please note that you only have to do this once a year preferably in August or September, but it does need to be done each year.  If you’re already part of the program, don’t forget to re-link now for this school year. We receive double in August, so hurry!
If you have children at multiple schools, you can link up to 5 schools and each school will receive an even share.  You don’t need to have the school ID number with you to link or relink, because the stores and website have a list of local school numbers available.  You do need to have a VIC card.  Once you’ve linked for the year, you don’t need to tell the cashier on subsequent visits.  Link one time each year and you’re done!  (MHS ID#1502) 
Office Depot
Mention Millbrook High School when you check out at Office Depot, and Millbrook will get 5% of your total.  You don’t need to know the school number at check out. (MHS ID# 70062217)

How to Join

The PTSA Membership money collected during our PTSA Membership drive each school year is a major source of revenue for our PTSA. In fact, this is the largest income line on our budget each school year. If you have not joined the PTSA, please help us support our students and join at one of the levels listed below. Volunteers

Thank you for supporting Millbrook High School by volunteering your time! We can use your help on a weekly, monthly or occasional event basis. By participating in your child's school activities, you are helping to promote "Millbrook Pride". Download and complete a volunteer form or contact Diane Reass, email: reass@bellsouth.net . The Millbrook PTSA Board, including all Committee Chairs, meets in the media center at 7 pm the second Monday of each month.  We welcome parents, teachers and students.  Please plan to join us!
