athletic contests, a player must meet all North Carolina High School
Athletic Association (NCHSAA) and Wake County Public School System
(WCPSS) eligibility requirements and policies:
Both cross country teams finish top 10 in the state, with the boys finishing 4th and the girls 9th. Overall, the top 5 girls finished with a 19:23 personal best average for the 5k distance, while the boys had a team average of 16:21.
Cross Country Report
Girls' cross country team wins third CAP-8 conference championship in four years! Emily, Ashley, Katie, Parker and Carolyn all were named all conference. The boys finished in second place for the second time in a row. Brady, Alex, Drew and Nick earned all conference honors for the boys.
Both cross country teams qualify for the state championships! For the first time in school history, both the boys and girls teams will be one of 16 4A teams in North Carolina participating in the state championships. Both teams got 3rd place out of 24 teams.

.... who coached the East team in the Jordan Brand Classic, a tournament that showcases "The Legends of Tomorrow Playing Today." TheMcInnes' roster included talent like Rodney Purvis, Brice Johnson and Gary Harris, all of whom will play Division I NCAA basketball next year.
The JBC Tournament boasts notable alumni Carmello Anthony, LeBron James, Blake Griffin and Tyler Hansbrough. Coach McInnes selected Millbrook Associate Head Coach, Chris Davis, to serve as the assistant coach for the East team. Both Coach McInnes and Coach Davis met Michael Jordan during the JBC, which Davis says was a highlight of the weekend.
The Millbrook Varsity girls soccer team is 15-0! , currently ranked #8 in the nation according to ESPN. We have two home games left this regular season, please come out and support these outstanding players.
