I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina but I moved to Raleigh in 2000 to work as a Spanish & ESL teacher at Millbrook. I earned National Board Certification in World Languages in 2007 and will finish my Master’s in School Administration at NCSU through the Wake Leadership Academy in May 2010.
My husband and I have been together for 20 years. We have a son who is a senior at Millbrook and a daughter who starts middle school this year. In my spare time, I enjoy the company of my kids, seeing family and friends on Skype, exercising, reading and shopping.
In my current position at Millbrook, I am responsible for:

• PLC matrix training, support and supervision
• Support and leadership of our 37 curriculum teams (PLC’s)
• Ongoing professional development related to PLC efficacy
• Administrative liaison for Spanish-speaking students and families
• Millbrook Leadership Team/School Improvement Plan
• Academic Interventions within and beyond the school day
• Student Support team

It is my privilege to assist all students and their families. I am available in the main office, by phone or email any time you need me. I love being a WILDCAT!
