Bringing the Magnet to
Millbrook High School
At the beginning of this year Millbrook High School became the newest member of the Wake County Magnet Program! In August of 2010 we will welcome the Class of 2014 as members of our first class of magnet students.
As a member of Wake County's nationally recognized Magnet family, Millbrook is in the process of pursuing authorization to become a member of the esteemed International Baccalaureate. As we move forward though the school year, Millbrook will be applying for authorization to host both a Middle Years Programme and a Diploma Programme.
As we take the necessary steps towards joining the IB community, we will update this site to keep you current on our progress! During this Millbrook transition, you can get more information by joining us at one of our many school tours and open-houses, or by visiting the WCPSS Magnet Fair.
